Check in was fast and easy and the staff was very nice. Great location easy to find and the parking was free and very accessible. There was a shuttle that we used once and the driver was very friendly.. The AC unit cooled the room very quickly we even had to turn it down it got really cold in the room; amazing! The room was very clean and supplied well. Great place to stay; thanks so much!

Be prepared to be in a maze! It was a very comfortable, nice hotel with a shuttle to the nearby restaurant because of the rain. The guy who drove the shuttle (Scott, I think) was sweet and helpful. The front desk was helpful. There is a parking garage if you want it and a beautiful view of the mountain/hill. The hotel is a challenge to navigate, but there is plenty of help. The rooms are nice and everything is clean. There is an outside balcony, etc.

Fairly convenient walk to the arena, quiet for the most part. Fridge, microwave and Keurig came in handy. Large room to spread out and relax. AC worked great even on super hot days.

Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast needed more options. Nice comfortable bed. Good sized bathroom. Our room faced the front of the hotel and only had a curtain on the window. At night, the room was VERY light. A blackout shade would definitely be an asset to front facing windows! Keurig coffee pot, small fridge and microwave in room.

That the staff was friendly. and even took time to actually remember our names. and our group of friends that joined us for the stay. and we're more than helpful when we were needing cabs and info for breakfast also.

Excellent breakfast. Very good location in Deadwood a couple of blocks north of the heart of downtown, with its many small casinos and bars.

Parking was great. Breakfast included was okay, good enough we didn't have to buy breakfast out, so always a positive. Hotel seemed very clean. Nice to have a refrigerator in the room. We were on the back side of the hotel (away from the highway), so room was very quiet.

The breakfast was fine, not difficult to get to. Choices of food were OK, but the fourth morning we did go to a restaurant for breakfast. The times are changing and while they didn't service our room during our 4 night stay, the staff made it simple to obtain any supplies, etc. that we needed. In a way, we liked it better than the "old days" because we didn't have to vacate the room every day while someone came in to straighten up. It was simpler and more convenient to just do it ourselves!

this is a very nice place to stay. And when I checked in Christian was so polite and makes you feel welcome. they do their best to make sure your stay is pleasant.
